Available Positions:

Hotel Experience is preferred, however we will train if you have sales or customer service experience.
Below are summaries of some of our open positions, however, the realm of responsibilities will extend beyond that of a typical hotel positions; we believe this will allow our team members to expand their skill sets and successfully work and grow in a fast paced environment with new challenges daily.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Front Desk Agents must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests; have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.

This position operates the hotel’s laundry facility and to ensure there is an adequate supply of linen available to meet the demand of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player who wants to be the bright spot in each customer’s day. Some of the duties include: receive dirty linen from housekeeping staff and separate linens and towels by type; wash and dry laundry following proper procedures; maintain the organization of the laundry room; and follow all safety and OSHA regulations and other applicable state and local regulations. The purpose of the Room Attendant/Housekeeper position is to ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.

A hotel maintenance technician is an individual who acknowledges and welcomes guests in line with company standards, and carries out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on hotel equipment and tools. The ideal person for this position organizes maintenance inventory and requests for supplies and parts as required. The role of the maintenance technician also involves anticipating and acknowledging needs, and rendering assistance as called upon. Most hotel maintenance technicians are expected to exhibit mastery of a minimum of three of the trade skills like general building maintenance, electronic systems and controls, mechanical, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration.


Available Shifts:

Immediate need for Full-time and Part-time positions available.

  • Shift AM:7am-3pm
  • Shift PM: 3pm-11pm
  • Night Audit (11p-7am)
